My Citrus Trees

I have many different varieties of Citrus trees growing in my greenhouse including Tropical Mandarin Orange Citrus Tree’s, Tropical Lime Citrus Tree’s, Tropical Lemon Cheena, Tropical Calamansi Calamondin Philippine Lime and Tropical Lime Lemon Cocoracha.

They are all around 18 months old and for their first winter they were in a greenhouse that never dropped below 6 degrees C. This year they will be in an unheated greenhouse over the winter so I hope they survive.

Here are some pictures of ones that I have potted up: -

My Hydrangea’s

Around April 2008 I bought from eBay 20 Hydrangea King George and 20 Hydrangea Lanarth plug plants, the plants were very small (2 inches) but looked very healthy, they were also very well rooted. My plan for the Hydrangea’s is to have 8 really nice healthy bushes, from this I will take many cuttings. Here are some photos: -

I grow my Hydrangeas in ericaceous soil and always put some stones at the bottom of the pot to aide drainage.
